Biography
I am a professional opera singer, writer, teacher, and consultant. A couple of years ago, I embarked on a journey to lose my first hundred pounds. Now I'm continuing my journey with a quest for better health and fitness ... and yes, I still want to lose more weight!
I recently added a new blog, Ramble Away, my musings on a broad range of issues and interests.
I live in Texas with my husband Eric and our two opera-hating Dachshunds, Samson and Dalila.
